Tasked to design and build their 2024 Shopify Theme within a tight deadline while launching a new artist's collection at the same time.
With a tight deadline (~3 weeks), I partnered with SKRATCH (design studio) to help manage tasks and create designs while I took charge of architecting and building out the theme.
Through all the planning, testing, designing, meeting and building, we successfully launched their custom theme on the target date.
Upon launch sales soared and 5x'd their expectations in sales. Page load times were cut in half and retention with users increased.
